Bliss.
Let's see, 2 days before Samhain, my favorite holiday...I baked Carrot Cake cupcakes for the cake walk at the kids' Fall Festival tomorrow night at their elementary school. I made cinnamon rolls from scratch, complete with cream cheese icing (whilst listening to Apocalyptica). This evening we will carve jack of the lanterns and roast marshmallows and tomorrow I will roast the pumpkin seeds from the innards of the afore mentioned jack of the lanterns.
Sure, we could use the money from a steady paycheck. But, since I don't have a steady paycheck, and I have the time to do so, I am going to suck all the marrow out of the autumn.

Omg carrot muffins, now I have a craving! Enjoying the last drops of Autumn here too, I hope you have a wonderful Halloween. (Are you kids trick or treating -did I miss that somewhere- how are they dressing up?)
Yes, Lina and Huck are trick or treating. Lina is Hermione from the Harry Potter books and Huck is a Clone Trooper.
